The The Xavier Institute was built in the mid to late 1700's. It holds within it numerous bedrooms, a gym, an indoor pool and a spacious kitchen. The subbasement contains multiple labs, the war room, Cerebro chamber, a hangar that exits through the basketball court, and the danger room. The expansive grounds of the mansion include a basketball course, tennis court, a lake with a boathouse off of it, and large amounts of forested area on the perimeter.
