Mutation: It is the key to our evolution. It is how we evolved from a single-celled organism into the dominant species on the planet. This process is slow, and normally taking thousands and thousands of years. But every few hundred millennia, evolution leaps forward.

 

This time, it has stumbled… Charles Xavier is dead. A secret genocide has all but erased the Mutants before their time even began. Those that remain are trying to salvage a long dead legacy and make a place in the world for mutants.
