The Tomorrow Center was built by Seeker and Tekna of the Morlocks to house, train, and help mutants. The twenty-two floor tower offers a total of one hundred and forty-four apartments, eight per floor with the first second floor containing common areas such as a gym, game room, class room, and indoor pool. The third floor contains administrative offices for psychologists, vocational coaches and other social services. The fourth floor contains the medical and science labs for humane research on mutations to help those adversely affected by their mutations hopefully lead normal lives unhindered by their powers. The tower's basement contains a training room as well as secret access to the Morlock tunnels below the city.
