Log File 2017.05.09

Layla, seeking a quiet moment, had retreated to the jet trying to focus on what to do now. It was difficult not to feel Mal's absence even now during the recent events and what was known since Ruby's return from that metal floating pyramid. It wasn't long before Ruby herself joined Layla to offer some company and hopefully comfort of some type. Having Mal around to help with the situation would be nice, but in the meantime trying to think of a way that doesn't have him doing on the heavy lifting to resolve this situation would be good too. It was only a matter of time before that metal pyramid starts moving-- be it SHIELD or Apocalypse making their move...it was going to happen and the result of how it starts could determine if those options end up being nuclear or non-nuclear.
