Within the Pyramid, hovering over the water…a city buried within the ocean began to rise up in greeting to En Sabah Nur. Below in that city was where the spores themselves had once been found by the man once called Deven. The emergence of the once hidden city would hold the secret to bringing about a change to this world. A new life for mutants…and death to the humans. The Horsemen of Death, War and Famine watch…waiting. The Horsemen of Pestilence however was curious to know more about this change. Once the release of En Sabah Nur’s cure floods the world all of mutant-kind would be made whole as they grow into their power. All humans would die, unable to survive the transformation. The discussion was cut short during the process of that city below linking with the Pyramid— he could sense the approach of those seeking to stop him, so his Horsemen were sent to greet them.

The prior conversation with her sister left Layla with much to think about…Molly had revealed that the end goal was not just destruction and power but returning something lost to mutant-kind. It wouldn’t be long after settling in the main area of the suite with pizza that Mal would gather them up to head back onto the jet and towards that Pyramid. Once underway, it would be only moments for the Blackbird to arrive and time to make their move.
